This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the Master Subscription Agreement between PropFusion and the Customer. It sets out the framework for the processing of personal data in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 regarding the Protection of Personal Data. PropFusion acts as a Data Processor, and the Customer acts as the Data Controller.
